What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

I was granted an expunction on a felony drug arrest( charges dropped) but didn't consider the civil case related to the forfeiture of $2,000 cash. An employment background check of civil cases will raise questions that I don't want to answer. I know they filed some kind of civil proceeding pertaining to that money. I never responded though so there it is on file.
As someone else suggested in this forum I need to file a motion to seal all records in the civil case. My defense will be that in the original expunction order the wording " dissemination, or use of records pertaining to such arrest" is included. Also, I will argue that this civil file will harm me when seeking employment. If I do not disclose the arrest and they see the civil file a "red flag" will go up.
Do I have a defense?
Where can I find a good example of the paper work needed for this?
I can't find anything using a basic online search. I successfully did my own expunction so I wan't to at least try.
