Can an individual after being placed on Felony Probation (inFlorida) make a Motion to the Court to insure that my employer or future employer will not know of the probation? if yes, does one just go to the Clerk of Circuit Court to file for this motion? or does one have to hire an Attorney to do so.....
Thanks for your help.
