i've taken advice and on two traffic tickets, in two different counties file with the court i've agreed to appear. the first court clerk stamped the date, gave me a copy, and said they would send it to traffic division/ i told the clerk the motion was to go to the jugde and to the da as indicated. the second clerk in other county, concerning the other ticket, staamped it filed and dated it, but lined through the filed stamp because he said it would be placed in my file only. i argued and told him of the time frame, and that he was not performing his job correctly and he could cross through whatever he wanted 10 tens started that day on the time stamped. i got his name and have a copy of tthe filing. question: what's going on here, should i follow up in any way or simply what until day ten passes and request proper paper work of each dismissal.

My response:

Hello Pious1 - -

It's okay. As long as the judge gets it, and the clerk accepted your filing fee, the judge will rule from the bench at the time you appear for your hearing.

Ah, you're a fighter - - I can tell, and you're going to win !!

It should, obviously, go without saying that I want to read about your successes on these motions when the rulings are made.

possible problem the notice to appear on the second filing i discribed was done on the same day as my appearance.i did not enter the court i simply went and filied with the clerk who understood my appearence was for that day. although these clerks cannot give legal advice, there must be some good faith on the clerks part to inform me to appear. i was also not charged a filing fee even though i asked both clerks if there was a fee. i have a feeling my inexperience in procedural matters may cost me. I really need some guidance on the filing i discribed above. the second my appearance is not until the 26th of this month.
