motorhome siding defect

I have a motorhome that is 1 1/2 years out of warranty
The exterior siding has started to show bubbles and cracks
It was told to me by the manufacture that this was caused by
moisture inside the wall when it was made.
They are unwilling to pay for the total cost of the repair.
Do they have the right not to pay for the repair.
I live in oregon
The motorhome is a class c safari
The siding is a smooth aluminum skin
