In December of 2000 we had our Motorhome for sale....My husband found a buyer for it but the thing was they didn't have the full amount so he said they could pay payments...they gave us a deposit and when the time came in January for them to pay they said they didn't have the money.....now they want us to take the Motorhome back and I said no..I do not want this back.....he did sign a peice of paper stating that he would pay for the remaing balance. We did turn the plates in as we were told we had to...they keep on calling and telling us that they want the Motorhome moved.....is this my responsibility or theirs....he did not ask for the deposit back..I do want the rest of the money that they owe can you please give me advice on this matter.
