What is the name of your state? NH

Hi - I'm wondering how all you landlords handle move-outs / move-ins... my current tenants have one of my units until the end of the month... and the new ones move in shortly after they are gone... leaving no time for "cleaning/necessary repairs".... I've never run into this situation before as I've always had a few days between move-ins and move outs... how do y'all handle these situations?

Thanks!

Are the new tenants aware of the situation ? If so as long as the other tenants clean sweeped the place on move out , the new tenants should take responsibility for cleaning the way they want to .

If the place is left a mess , you can take cleaning amounts from the others security deposit , and either get a cleaning service in there pronto , or offer the new tenants a discount for cleaning and inconvenience on their first months rent .
If they agree , put it in writing , each of you sign and date it . you keep a copy , they keep a copy .

I believe if minor repairs need to be made , you give the 24 hrs written notice of the planned repairs .
