More then likely, your son is going to end up as a guest of the state no matter what. He is on probation in TWO different states. If he was on probation in Indiana first, he violated probation when he was convicted of ANOTHER crime in Texas (hopefully he had permission to leave Indiana before he left). When/if he is convicted of violating his probation in Indiana, he will be guilty of yet another crime, thereby violating his probation in Texas.

The good news is that he no longer needs to worry about where he is going to stay.

i am in indiana my son in texas on probation put on probation june 18 2006 in texas has no home no money has broke probation in indiana by going to texas he is emotionaly handicapped please what to do? he is starving and has medical problems his family is all in indiana . can he turn his selfe in to probation to serve sentice there or what? please please help

He needs to get in touch with his probation officer and explain that he is not meeting the terms of his probation and why. The PO will help him from there.
