My gf moved to Cali, I'm 17 and I want toove with her, my mom said I can go and my probation officer said they need to transfer my custody.. What will happen if I just leave?

if probation wont let you go without your mom giving custody to whoever is in calli.they will put awarrant on you, and if you are stopped in calli for any reason, or no reason, they will arrrest you and deport you to ohio.

then they can come find you if they want, and just because you turn 18, that wont automatically clear the warrant for your arrest. so you would have to hide forever. (imposable)

If you come to CA as a minor, you can be picked up and returned to your parent or guardian. At 17 you would be unable to enroll in school here, you would not be able to legally get a job without a work permit, would not be able to get medical services, and could not have sex with your girlfriend.

How about you wait until you are 18 before you decide to come out here?

Grow up. Seriously. If your love is true, you will both survive the year until you turn 18. If not? Then you're best off staying where you are.

Your parents will have to establish a legal guardian for you out in CA. You will still be prohibited from having sexual relations, and cannot act on your own accord. If you get in trouble with the law, you could well be shipped back home.

This would not be a good idea and I would hope that your parents do not agree to it..
