moved on my land

i bought property 3 years ago cleaned it to develope it the guy i bought it from moved junk cars on it with no permission iasked him to mve them on his side (this went on for a year)he crushed them left 200 tires and several things that i will need a bull dozier to move (2000dollars of work to be done all over).he hides his income in his daughters name.what can i do to this ,GUY SPECIFICALLY CAN IWHIP HIS BUTT AND COUNTER SUE HIM FOR WHAT EVER,AND THE MONEY I COULD HAVE MADE IF I COULD HAVE MADE FROM THE BUILDING IAM GOING TO BUILD.DOOT MAD AS H IN [email protected]

You might consider a lawsuit for trespass. This is something you could probably do in small claims court if the damages are not great.
