live in Va. Beach VA. My son is a senior in highschool and has turned 18. He has been hanging over a friend's house whose mother has allowed underage drinking and smoking. The teens are allowed to stay overnight, that's boys & girls, without any rules or regulations. As a result my son, being 18 has decided to move in with this lady. He has not been made to go to school or attend his classes. When he was at home, he was going to graduate with an Advance Diploma. Since moving, he is now failing out of school. He is being cheated out of what should have been the best year of school. What can be done? There are teens younger than my son who are hanging out at her house and will end up falling into the same trap.

Call the police when you know they're having a party and drinking/smoking.

Exactly!

Then ask your son why he is throwing his future down the drain. Remind him that once he's gone...he is GONE.
