moveout problem

I recently moved out of an apt. I had a walkthrough with the rental agent. According
to her everthing was ok. Now the landlord is
charging me for cleaning and repair of blinds
and pet odour. There was no mention of this
when I moved and turned in the keys. What are my Rights?
