What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Washington State

I had movers move all of my belongings up from tEXAS to Washington and quoted me $2700 from an inventory list that I gave them for the items to pick up. Well they picked up 93 items instead of the 73 that I gave the on the inventory list. Subsequently, they informed me while in transporting, they informed me they were charging me $4600 and since I did not have that at the time of delivery, they placed my belongings in storage. I did file a new BK-13 here in Washington and they are not listed as a creditor and they are threatening to auction off my belongings for non payment after 2 weeks. Can they be included in my bankrupcty as a secured debtor and part of the 5 year payment plan? or can i just pay them and have them release my belongings without and problems with the Trustee? How can i force them to release my belongings?

Yes, you can include them in your Ch 13, not sure about the 'secured' part, ask your lawyer.

You're in Ch 13, where would that money come from ? That's what a Trustee would want to know.

How can i force them to release my belongings?
Pay them ? Really.. you need to ask your BK lawyer about this ASAP.

I am trying to pay them ion the amount we agreed to, all i am asking for is at the time of payment the keys and information to the storage unit are given to me. They want me to send the money in and then they will send me the keys and storage unit info and I do not trust that and do not feel I am asking for anything unreasonable.. They are not listed as a creditor and I do work to show how I came up with the money to my trustee. Right now the Trustee doesn't recognize them as a creditir unless they are listed

So, you ADD them as a creditor. You owe them money, they ARE a creditor. Since you ARE in bankruptcy, the automatic stay DOES apply, even to them. Your belongings are property of the bankruptcy estate - which the Trustee administers !
