Go onto mar-tin-dale.com (take out the hyphens) and look up intellectual property attorneys in your area. Or (better) get a personal referral from someone you know & trust; if you're in the film industry this shouldn't be hard.

The best thing you could do is put together a DVD of the Kimmel clips and the clips from your movie that you think are similar. That will help the attorney evaluate how strong your case is. If there's enough potential money in the case, the attorney may take it on contingency. If there's not, the attorney may require you to put up a retainer fee to get started.

The other question that comes up in these cases is "does the defendant have any money to pay?" Since you're suing Disney, that's not going to be a problem.

Good luck.
