How does moving out of state affect your prenup if you don’t file it with the court? What if you move back to the state where it was originally filed? (Louisiana)

Unless the prenup violates some law in the state where the action for divorce takes place it should have no effect.

Generally, the only reason to file a prenup with a court would be if the spouses are seeking a divorce, so I really don't know what the last part of your first question means. Beyond that, it is impossible to say, in the abstract, how a move from one state to another might impact a prenup. One would need to read the prenup and know all of the relevant facts and circumstances. If your intent was to ask whether a move to a different state automatically renders a prenup void or unenforceable, the answer is no.
