Moving Barb Wire Fence

What is the name of your state? Oklahoma
The county commissioner came out and talked with my wife about our fence and told us we need to move the fence so theycan fix the bridge now I was under the impression that if they come out to fix a bridge that they would move the fence am I wrong on this matter or do we need to move the fence ourselves

Look at it this way, If that fence is with in a area they have a easement on that would allow them to maintain the bridge they likely will just rip it down with no regard to whom ever owns it. You have a chance to remove it in a way that will not damage it and allow for its re use.
