My cousin has a house thst is now rented ou to to people, they are still in house while the estate is being settled, relatives are becoming executors, One of the executors would like to move in for a while until all is settled, can they, even though the other executor does not want them to, Does the law allow this????Thanks, Mildred

two executors disputing

If the two executors disagree, then they must have the court decide the matter; however, if the current tenants have a lease, the lease remains valid even after the death of your cousin.
