My landlord according to a correct balance sheet has received 780.00 more than he is requesting at terminanation....including 2 payments of section 8 for aug. and sept. he received his keys 8/20 but refuses to sign the paperwork with section 8 agreeing I am moved out because of leftover debree at the rental house. even though he has an 800.00 deposit to keep and extra 525.00 was add for the inconvience of haveing to get rid of the debree himself.

My question he has convienced section 8 that with my debree still at the property I have not vacated the property and will not release me by signing the termination papers for the state to issue a new voucher, so I am in limbo living with friends untill this matter is resolved. Is this legal?. (I don't think so)
