Moving! Notice to ex?

According to my divorce decree it states I give notice of my intent to move to my ex, courts, and human services.

The issue is my ex has no visitation rights at this time. and since our seperation and through our divorce he has a history of harrassment and vengeful tactics. At one time I had a R/O against him, and he violated the R/O. This was 2 years ago and moved out of state to avoid any consequences. A warrant went out for his arrest, and than he moved back recently and was arrested. He is supposed to appear this month on this Restraining Order Violation. Aslo, he was sentenced to 6 months jail time just last week due to contempt of court concerning our divorce case. I feel he is a ticking bomb and will do almost any thing to avoid consequences. In the meantime, he has tried to evade the courts for visitation and has tried to convince my son's principle and counselor to see his children.

What I want to know is, Do I morally have a right to protect my children and myself by not allowing him to know where I am moving to. I think if I inform the courts, he will eventually get the information. He is a smooth talker, and quite convincing, (only for awhile). Will I be held responsible for not following my decree?
Any solid legal advice would be greatly appreciated. I live in Oregon. Thanks

Man I don't know..you might be held in contempt I don't know because of the circumstances. The first thing I would do is call CPS and tell them your situation and see if they have any advice to offer and point you in the right direction. You could also try consulting with an attorney if possible. Good Luck.
