What is the name of your state? What is the name of your state? Maryland

here is the story:
my aunt quit her job and moved in with her son (my cousin) in Maryland to seek cancer treatment.
Problem started with my cousin's girlfriend, she lived together with my cousin for 2-3 years, she objected my aunt living with them so much, she called the police to kick my aunt out, police came and didn't/couldn't do anything, except telling her they can't kick my aunt out, this was 2 months ago. Ever since then, she constantly b--tches and emotionally/verbally abuses my aunt and my cousin.

Next week, I am going to Maryland to help my aunt and cousin move to another apartment without her. Now my question is if she gets in the way of us moving (ie, sit on the sofa we wanted to move, breaking dishes and plates, yelling), what's the best way to stop her from bothering us. (Everything in the apartment are my aunt's or my cousins, except her clothes).

I am thinking about calling the police and file a temp. restraing order. PLEASE give me your legal advice please.
