What is the name of your state? Texas
Does anyone know the legal age a person can move out in Texas? I've heard it's 17, 17 and a half, and 18...I've also looked on many different web sites but I can't find anything about it...please help!

It's 18.

Good grief, what is it with all these mid-teens wanting to be on their own the minute they can legally drive (or earlier)? It's only the last two months we could pry my step-daughter out of her bedroom if she wasn't due at work or school - and she's 21.

Maybe we should shake you all up in a paper bag with her. A REALLY BIG paper bag from the sounds of it.
