WA- I am the custodial parent receiving child support. Per the terms outlined within my parenting plan/child support order, it states: It is to be re-eavulated for modification every odd year commencing may of 2001.I am relocating to CA
as of September 2001. Am I able to petition the CA courts for my modification when I relocate this year? Do I need to establish residency there for an expressed amount of time prior? Must I do it in WA where the order of support was established?
