atlanta,ga. You have already received a message from my fiance but have not replied so please help if you can. i was arrested and charged with dui in november of last year. my court date is march 22nd for a bench trial and i will have already moved to my new job in florida by then. i registered a .153 but there are circumstances that affected that. i have an atrial fibrillation and take several medications that can cause dizziness. i am also taking coumadin, a blood thinner. i'm 56 years old and have never been arrested for anything. i had 4 drinks at my fiance's the night of the incident and she will testify that i was not drunk. i have been told that i need an attorney but i can't afford one so what can i do? they suspend your license in georgia and you cannot drive outside the state but are eligible for reinstatement in 4 months. does this mean because i made one mistake in my life that i will be denied the right to earn an income? i'm in sales and have to drive to do my job. also, can i do community service in florida and can i attend the dui school in florida? it would be very difficult for me to keep coming back to georgia to do this. i don't know if i have any case at all because of the medication i take. i want to comply and will but i feel my situation is a bit different and need your help.

You have no case. Only a fool on those types of medication would drink. And you need to go to Georgia.
