I was convicted of a DWI in 2010 in New Mexico and completed my probation but never installed an interlock for a year which is a requirement for reinstatement of my drivers license for a first offens. I find myself now moving to Washington where I will need to get a drivers license. Does anyone know what I will need to do to be able to get a valid drivers license in WA?

Probably not without perjuring yourself on the application forms. I know one question that is always asked is if you have a current license from another state. According to your statement, you don't, since it was revoked due to your DUI. And since you chose not to fulfill the requirement to install an ignition interlock, then you won't get your NM license reinstated anytime soon either.

I'd have to say that when you move to WA, don't plan on getting a driver's license anytime soon.
