What is the name of your state? california
HOW and where can I find the laws relating to the duties and obligations of TRUSTEES. I am involved in trust and feel the activities of the trustee is not quite in keeping with the legal requirements that have been decided for their fiduciary duties. I need to see that things are always done in honesty and integrity.

Visit the website findlaw.com. But even if you read the law that doesn't mean you can determine by yourself whether a breach of duty or some other action has occurred. You need to discuss this with a trust attorney.
