My daughters boyfriend was diagnosed with a staph infection in an alabama emergency room about 3 months ago..they then came up to indiana while he was still on the antibiotics....shortly after he finished his dosage the sore returned and he went to the emergency room and was diagnosed with mrsa and admitted into the hospital and had to have an operational procedure to drain the infection out of his arm...does he have any kind of case against the hospital in alabama for either not doing a mrsa screening test or maybe even being the place he picked up the mrsa infection ...he needs to know as he was just presented with the bill in the amount of $10,000+ and maybe through a suite get enough money to pay these bills.

It doesnt sound like it to me either, are you leaving out important details.
I feel your pain my Father has that now from the hospital he is at!
What a shame BUT I am doing something NO matter what someone tells me!
