What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Mississippi

In Oct. Of 2014, I went to the E.R. The visit should have been covered by Medicaid. I moved twice shortly after, and didn't receive any communication from the hospital.
Toward the end of 2015, I received a notice that my bill has moved to collections. Medicaid wouldn't cover it at this point because it had been so long. I called the collector and set up a payment plan.
A few months later, I gave birth AND took over custody of my brother. I couldn't continue the payments. Once finances settled, I had simply forgotten. I didn't receive any notices or bills after that.
Until two weeks ago. I was given a citation by my local sheriff's office notifying me that they want to take me to court, and giving me the option to work out payment within 15 days. Great. I called the office that was being used for this, and discussed a payment plan. Thought it was handled. Until Friday, when I received a notice saying that the hospital agrees to the payment plan on the condition that we continue to judgement.
I don't really know what my rights are in regards to this, or what the best course of action is.
