6 months off my 21st birthday, yes I'm an idiot I know thanks ahead of time. Anyway, Friday 7-8-11 I was charged with Not a Drop, Minor Consumption, and Possession of Alcohol. I'm currently on probation for Burglary. I blew a .073, not that it matters. Dangerously close to DWI I know that as well. I guess I couldn't decide between risking DWI or a possible 10x counts of providing to minors, even though the kid whom crashed his car providided everything. (A Kid left his own party, got in a rollover accident and left the scene, solo accident and he wasn't hurt.)

Anyway, I've not had a drink or drug since October 2009. I've not had a single problem on probation for 2 1/2 years. My TWO probation officers both agreed to not press for probation violation. To leave me to the mercy of the court.

Without a lawyer (public defender if I'm eligble.), what charges can I expect to face? I understand what I did was wrong, I was trying for the lesser of 2 evils and seemed to stumble upon 2 equally evil evils.

I'm assuming since the harshest charge is Not a Drop, I'll get that one. I sincerely cannot afford to lose my license though, as the charge is in Minnesota and I live in Iowa. Under Iowa law, if I don't even lose my license elsewhere while being convicted of an impaired driving charge, I lose my license for 2 months. Minnesota is a minimum 30 day license suspension, but the DOT's in Minnesota are not currently operating considering the Government shutdown.

I live 10 miles from work, and work at 5am. I have no ride other than my own being. If I lose my job, I will not be able to pay any fine/treatment costs. Therefor resulting in jailtime. I know the Courts or any of you may not care, "You did the crime, you do the time." Please resist the urge to jerk my chain.

I JUST WANT A STRAIGHT ANSWER. (Sorry for caps, this is for non-caring readers.)
Not a Drop, Minor Consumption, MIP.
What will stick in court, and is it worth getting a lawyer? First time offense.
