I have Ca Municipal Code sections listed on the "Order to comply report". I tried to look them up in the State Resources section but could not pinpoint them. the sections are 91.8105, 91.106.1.1, 91.106.3.1 under illegal construction. And under zoning violations sections 12.26E, 12.07A, 12.21A4(m), 12.21A4(h).

There is no such thing as Ca. Municipal codes.

Municipal codes are the law of a specific municipality (i.e., city) and you need to look them up under the laws of the municiplaity, such as Los Angeles, San Francisco, Sacramento, etc.
