Three years ago, a sale person in a health club misled me to sign a three years contract for use of the club. Due to my work schedule and health problem, I stopped going to the club after four months and stopped paying the monthly due since. Now a collecting angency filed a law suit against me in a muncipal court. The amount in the law suite is $340 plus $70 interests. This is new to me. Can anyone advise?

Thank you in advance
