Hi All

This concerns international law, with regard to music distribution.

As long as all the necessary royalties are paid to the artist/publisher for the music in question, can anyone distribute music?

i.e. If I wanted to record a music cd, featuring different artists, and distribute it, but I paid all the royalties that were due on the music to all parties concerned, would I be infringing upon any copyrights?

Any light you could shed on this subject would be most appreciated.
