Sorry, but what does possible locking mean here in this forum?

The reason for locking duplicate threads by a poster, or threads by a poster that concern the same legal matter, is so we don't repeat the same information and advice over and over again. Plus, it makes it easier for us to have all facts nicely in one place. It helps us help you better.

Most sites get angry with necroing old threads, so I thought to make a new one.

As an additional note, this site does not like necroposting either, if the one reviving an old thread is not the original poster/creator of the thread. But the old threads are left open so the original poster can return with updates to their threads or to ask more questions about their same legal concern.
