I know this is long, but please be patient. I am in dire need of legal advice...

I worked for my Brother's IT Consulting Company for nearly a year and decided I was going to quit and go work for a new company that was actually set up by 2 other employees of my Brother's company. When I quit, I was questioned by police for over 4 hours, then my brother wanted to meet me and talk and he recorded my entire conversation with him. He threatened to have me thrown in prison for corporate theft and conspiracy.

Well, now he just sued me for injunctive relief and listed the following:

Tortious interference with existing contracts
Tortious interference with prospective business relations
Misappropriation of confidential trade secrets
Unfair competition
Texas theft liability act
Tortious misappropriation
Breach of fiduciary duty
Constructive fraud
Constructive trust
Estoppel
Conspiracy
Malice

By the way, I have been unemployed since the day I quit, I never went to work for the other company, and as far as I know they are still servicing some of the clients. I haven't even spoken with these other 2 people since I quit my Brother's company.

What should I do about this?

Does any of the items listed make sense for a guy that quit his job?

I don't care if he gets the injunction, but he is suing for his legal costs, etc. and I don't have a pot to pi#@ in if you know what I mean. What would or could he possibly be entitled to?

Sorry for the length of this, but I appreciate any responses.
