I have a question regarding H1b visa.
You see my brother has a valid H1b visa and is valid for 2 years.
He wants to apply for EAD. Is it possible for him to apply one? If so, how does it work for an H1b visa holder?

No, H-1B holders may not apply for an EAD. They must maintain their H-1B job and terms to remain in the US.
