I'm sure after I show him this thread he will be scared into turning it into regardless. But it would be nice for him to have some hole going into this thing. And the price? $300+ is a normal price for a used iphone 5 now days. Nothing was unusual there.

appears to be a bit on the low side but not likely so much as to allow the prosecutor to argue the price was just to good to not suspect something.
