my building is in a low income neighborhood and per the bank attorneys if the property is not sold prior to auction i will be given a 10 day notice to vacate. I will not have the money to move if i only have 10 days. the only solution to this problem for me and my family, me my husband and three kids, is to not pay rent. this is the only way i will be able to move. how long does eviction take in Broward county Florida? how long will i have to save money if i do not pay rent here? and what is the probability of the property management taking eviction action with the property in foreclosure? there are three of four units rented and the owner has not made a payment since October. There are many inconsistancies in the lease and things that were sapose to be available to me are not as well as the maintanance of the grounds are non existant. What should I do? Please help. ASAP. Thank you. Mary Mills 3775 NW 116 Terr. # 2 Coral Springs, Florida 33065 this property is in foreclosure.
