What is the name of your state? The name of my State is NEVADA

My potential buyer is married from New York and she wants to buy the house by herself, as her sole property. Does she need to involve her husband in a form of a quit claim during the escrow process? I don't understand. Can someone explain this to me? Thank you very much.

Your title company will establish the "requirements" to create an insurable transaction in the Requirements section of Schedule A. Has title been ordered?
