What is the name of your state? CT. I just wanted to know what the chances of the creditor going after my fiancee after I file because I would like to include my car being that I owe more that what it is worth, and he cosigned on the car. I would hate to put him in that situation....

The chances of the creditor going after a cosigner are exactly 100%. This is one you should keep paying in order to protect the cosigner. Also, you'll have to include the car loan on the bk petition and chances are, the loan with the included in bk will appear on his credit report.
