What is the name of your state?NC
My ex took my case out of Florida and moved it to NC where me and my children now live. I fought to keep in in Florida because I knew it would end up in limbo and he would not pay until he was forced to pay.
I am sure you have seen from my replied that he owes over $43,000 in support and another $10,000 in unpaid medical.
His lawyer did not register it correctly and then moved child support only to have a hearing about custody.
My case is not with child support any more although I signed up with cs in North Carolina.
This will takes months to work out. Florida closed the case without notifying me.
North Carolina does not want the case. They want to move it to Delaware.
He lives in DE, works in MD and is paid out of NJ.
We both used to live in Fl. He disappeared for years--hence the large arrears.
Feel free to look him up on WWW.wantedposters.com Troy Dupuis.
My question is how can such a delinquent father take a case and dump it and not be liable for the deliberate abuse of the system?
I think when a person is in arrears of over a certain amount their ability to make demands should be severly restricted.
