What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Texas

What can I do to have the grooming pay for a veterinarian check up and possibly any treatment my dog may need.

I took my poodle to for grooming and he came back not jumping, walking slow, trembleing, with diarrea.
While at the house he used to jump on the couch, run around, play, but he has not done that since the visit to the grooming facility. As instructed I dropped him off on Tuesday at 10 am and picked him up around 5 pm when they called he was ready. Initially I thought it was just him being shy and but wednesday when I picked him up from the floor grabbing him from the belly he cried.

I went to the groomer's thursday to tell them the problem and that I wanted to talk to the owner. The manager wasn't there so I asked for them to put her on the phone. She said they have video recording of the grooming and that I had to talk to the general manager to review it. I was told general manager was not in the office and that she was gonna contact me monday. She called monday afternoon when I returned the call they said she was already gone. I called her today (tuesday, a week from date of service) and she answered. She said she wants to talk to a vet to know diagnosis for dog I said I wanted to review the tape. I would like to take my dog to the vet but I'm affraid they are not going to pay and I will be stuck with the bills. Not sure how to proceed or what are my alternatives. I would appreciate your assistance. What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)?
