I just need to know if it is legal for my ex to have her boyfriend living in the house when my 3y old son is in there. I thought that unless they are married he can't sleep there with my son present. Please, let me know and if possible where can I find out if the law permits it or not.

It is not illegal, but you can use it against her in the divorce if you are going for custody.

I am going through a similar situation. You can have it added (and a judge will approve it) that until your divorce is final that she can have no overnight visitors unless they are family. He can be there in the day - just not overnight!
