my fiance wants to adopt my child when we get married

i am just wondering if there is anyway that my fiance can legally adopt my child when we are married even if her natural father wont sign over his parental rights. my fiance is the one that supports her and her father does not visit or pay child support.

No your fiance can't adopt your child without the child's father giving up his parental rights. The issue of non-payment of child support and the lack of child visits by him will not make a judge terminate parental rights.
