I was working for a trucking company (LLC).
While employed, Upon backing to the dock at our load pickup destination, the trailer pressed upon the sleeper extender (wind faring) and bent it.
I have since quit.
My employer had the truck taken into the shop and estimated the damage at $1,200.00.
Now, I have not received my final three settlements totaling approx. $1,400.00 .
Can he legally keep my wages, as we did not have an agreement that I was responsible for damages.
