This guy is nuts and my girlfriends attorney does nothing. He hasn't paid child support since the split in March though court ordered to pay $485 p/month. He gets to keep her on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5-7 pm. Saturdays from 12-6. One Thursday he kept her and would't give her back till morning. He doesn't even have over nights yet. Permanent orders is in 3 weeks. We were thinking of leaving town for a few days for a gettaway vacation and not letting him see her for his Tuesday night visit. He is demanding to see her and not let us go. What should we do??? Or should we just sit tight and hopefully the Judge will take some things away from him since he doesn't pay a dime anyway. He always want to switch visitation days but won't work with my girlfriend ever when she wants to switch. Please help with any advive you can. Thank you.
