My grandfather's 2nd wife died 11 months before he did in 1997. She had no will. Her son was her only legal heir. But i was told that since she preceeded him in death with no will that everything should revert back to his estate. With her son receiving 1/4 of the her share of their total assets. My grandfather had a will albeit a very old one but a will none the less that said that the entire estate was to be equally divided between my mother, her brother and my stepgrandmothers son, which would leave my mother with 75%of the estate and her step brother with 25% due to the fact that the other brother is already deceased. If this is true i would appreciate all the help I can get and any suggestions you might have. State Of Georgia, Cobb County
