My web host terminated my account because my site was always down and I told him how I felt about it.

Now he refuses to let me grab my files from the server. I've spent over 30k on my sites and I have most of the files but it would take a month or longer to get everything back to normal.

What can I do about this to get him to give me access to the server long enough to get my files? Is there some kind of law against him destroying my online business?

Thanks,
Ryan

Try asking them to burn everything to a CD or DVD for you and FedEx it to you. They should be able to do this. Good Luck.

I'll try but I don't think he'll do that. He's deliberately being this way so I was wondering if I could present some sort of legal action to him to get him to release it.

Any other suggestions?
