MY HUSBAND ABANDONED ME AN OUR 5 YR OLD SON

MY HUSBAND ABANDONED ME AN OUR 5 YR OLD SON ABOUT 2 1/2 MONTHS AGO HE HAS BEEN CALLEN THREATEN TO CUT OFF THE POWER,AN ALL OTHER UTILITIES WHICH ARE IN HIS NAME BUT WERE IN MINE FOR THE WHOLE DERATION WE WERE TOGETHER UNTIL HE HAD THEM PUT IN HIS BEOFRE HE LEFT BECAUSE HE WAS GOING TO TRY AN PUT ME OUT. THE UTILITY COMPANY WANT SWITCH THINGS BACK UNLESS I PAY A DEPOSIT WHICH I HAD ALREADY BEFORE , BEFORE HE HAD SWITCHED THING WHEN HE SWITHCHED THINGS BY US BEING MARRIED THE DEPOSITS SWITCHED TO HIM HOW COULD THIS HAVE BEEN DONE WITHOUT MY CONSENT? AN ALSO HE HAS CALLED HE A THREATEN ME THAT ME AN OUR CHILD HAVE TO BE OUT BY THE END OF THE MONTH WHEN HE LEFT US AN MY NAME IS ON THE LEASE AS AN OCCUPANT AN I HAVE BEEN PAYING THE RENT SINCE HE'S BEEN GONE CAN HE LEGALLY DO THIS? HAVE US PUT OUT WHEN I STILL MANTAIN THE BILLS.I HAVE NO WHERE TO GO BUT HE'S TRYING TO PUT US OUT ON THE STREET AN HE PAYS NO SUPPORT AT ALL I WANT TO KNOW CAN HE OR THE REALATOR HAVE ME PUT OUT ?

First let me begin by telling you that I'm no lawyer, Next let me say that you would get an answer from some of the more experienced people here if you didn't type in caps. They really don't like that. Third. Go see a lawyer fast. You can file for child support and if he doesn't pay eventually he be put in jail He can not kick you out of the home because your name is on the lease. The realtor however can break your lease with a thirty day notice, Forth save your money and put a deposit on the light bills and have it converted back to your name. Be strong and go forth young lady.

i may recieve more responses from a more experience person if i don't type in caps what difference does that make?????? all i ask for was advice an thank-you for yours but he did have me an my son put out of the house he told the realator that no one was living there an the can while me an my son were asleep to pad lock the house up. not only that but before i moved he had the light swithed in his name an had them shut off while me an my son were still there, as well as the light . i was smart though an saved money an moved but he continues to harras me. he also was viloent with me an when i ask to press cahrges they said that the were going to take me to jail also an take my son from me for 2 days .......i asked how is that so when he hit me an all i did was try to defend myself? what ,i just can't believe a man would leave his family for another women i guess i will never understand.
