i took my son to urgent care because i thought he had a ear infection. the dr that seen my son didnt explain anything to me and he was looking my son over, finally he was ready to walk out of the room and the dr was writing a prescription down and i said to him does he (my son) have an ear infection? he said yes. not even giving me a chance to ask questions walk out the door. my daughter happen to come down with strep throat that same week and she was taking 10ml of omoxicillan 2 times a day and she was 5 years old. now the dr gave my 6 mos old omoxicillan 10ml 3 times a day i thought that was alot , but i thought well hes a dr he should know what hes doing then my son broke out in a horrible rash and was miserable for weeks, our clinic and the drs denied the rash was from the medication. so i got a 2nd oppinion and that dr said that the rash was from the over dose of medicine. all i got from the dr was a letter saying he was sorry but he never admited he made a mistake and was basicly blaming me! do i have a case? for my sons pain and suffering! we are from minneapolis,mn
