What is the name of your state? Florida

I am a full time college student and though I never miss any classes and my grades are all A's and a B I have been put on "probation" because my instructor says that the observations that said I was doing good that were submitted from others observing me were lies and that I'm not doing as well as I think. He asked me about my personal finances, asking me if I thought I deserved my ex husbands retirement and how his wife doesn't deserve what she gets of his. And then within one week he put me on notice that without improvement I can be kicked out of the program I'm in. He harassed me my first semester and I went to administration and they made him stop but its getting so stressful to keep fighting this man to be able to finish my education. Do I have any standing under the law to have him removed from having authority over me?
I'm the only student of 9 that he is doing this to. He's personal friends with the people who will be observing me in the field and signing my evaluations for the time I'm on probation. I don't feel I have a chance in hell unless there is legal recourse.
