my name is shawn hollingsworth. i have recently been sued for not crediting a credit card after merchadise was returned by a customer who bought merchandise from my internet store last july. the credit card was presumed credited by my partner who is no longer with the company. we i attempted do so again in feb of this year using the cybercash online system the did not take. the suit is for the cost of the glasses 204.68 plus $7500 for counts of fraud and breech of contract. the store is in Georgia and the customer is in Ohio which is where it was filed. the card was credited after receiving the suit.
