My Landlord has sexually harassed me and entered my home, yet I still have to move?

What is the name of your state (only U.S. law)? Michigan
The legal system failed me and I could only watch. My situation is rather unique, but instead of help and support from the justice system (district court) I was dismissed without even being given the opportunity to explain just what happened that caused me to do what I did! Ok so I was late with my rent ($850 month, 1 year lease, 4 months in) and after telling my landlord that he could not be paid until the 13th-rent is due on the 4th, he hit the ceiling. Plan A: I could just have SEX with him and he could knock a few hundred of the rent, then if I would move into apartment with HIM, he would just take care of everything! When Mr. LL realized that idea was not working he went to plan B: removing items and altering lease to allow himself the luxury of entering my home, yard, and garage any ole time, morning, noon, or night…free for all if I was late…HE could ENTER my home whenever he felt the need. As if that was not enough: Plan C: including calling and stopping at my place of employment, more than 4 times in 10 days, telling boss and co-workers “ I OWED HIM MONEY”. I was cornered…this guy was everywhere, but DON’T worry…the courts would help me get STALKIN order.. a month later and still no hearing since I was not aware of the “process of serving him”; WHY DID I PAY A lawyer $500??? Now after getting eviction papers, I went to court with my answer, DEMANDED in writing, jury trail and I paid the $50 before we went into court. Get into court and his lawyer is not present, so we wait around 2 HOURS and finally the judge calls us back for the 3rd time, MR WONDERFUL landlord (plaintiff) gets to collect the rent, even thou he repeatedly broke the law, I have filed papers with HUD, City Officials, and Circuit Court describing the entire ordeal-
I was ordered to move out in 10 days, and I don’t get to ask the court for jury trial?? The judge spent two hours listening to BS for other people, but I am just out: WHAT ABOUT FAIR HOUSING? I am taking this case to the press, shame on WARREN 37th district court; what about the PEOPLE.
I need any and all legal tips or advise please, I still have Circuit Court Stalking case and I haveee plenty of PROOF, along with something else: THE TRUTH.

You broke the terms of your lease by not paying by the date specified and you're surprised you're being evicted? You had $500 to waste on a lawyer but didn't have the money to pay your rent? He may have been sexually harassing you (what actual proof do you have of that happening?) but that doesn't give you the right to stiff him on his rent.

I think the court is going to recognize that you were evicted for non-payment/late-payment.

What proof did you have? And I mean proof.

I cannot list all proof here but I have phone messages that have nothing to do with rent...
Text messages about "OUR" new place together
Member of City Zoning board next door who witnessed illegal entry
2 of neighbors across the street who have watched/documented illegal entry
My official complaint with HUD
My Messages demanding it stop
My filing for PPO
On top of all that, the rent money is available, I have it in bank, just not going to him-
I forgot to mention that he called me and told me he was changing things, removing certain items, and that he just wants "to see me" and help me

the truth doesn't change, it is the truth and that will eventually prevail

Money in the bank isn't going to impress the court when the reason the landlord is filing for an eviction is because of your failure to pay rent.

What you need to do LEGALLY is look into whether you have lost your chance to file for an appeal regarding this decision. Check the timeline you have for doing so.

And frankly, from your postings, you sound like a bit of a nut case here; if you fly off the handle in the court as you have here, it's pretty much a guarantee no body is going to take you seriously. You need to decide exactly WHAT you are trying to accomplish, i.e., pay the rent and stay in the rental unit? Punish the landlord for what you claim he did? It's important you specify your goals to the court if you can still file for an appeal.

Money in the bank isn't going to impress the court when the reason the landlord is filing for an eviction is because of your failure to pay rent.

The REASON I quit paying rent was because my lawyer told me to do so. The Higher court Judge is aware that I have changed the locks as well. This after my landlord went INSIDE my home, began harassing me for sex, and he took items off the lease- Sorry if my reply seemed rough and rowdy- I have to move in 9 days. My lawyer is planning to appeal, but just so everyone knows: I did nothing wrong, except assert my rights (which should not be wrong).
The guy owns this house and every person living around me is on my side; knowing that I will be leaving and he will regain the residence. The whole thing broke when I was told about his many visits to my house during my evening work shifts.
